Four roles: Admin (full access), Front Staff (orders & dishes, no settings), Kitchen Staff (Kitchen Display only), and Super User (licence management — has its own separate dashboard).
Tap + Add User to create a new login, or ✏️ to edit an existing one. Username, initial, email and mobile identify the person; leave the password blank when editing to keep the current one.
Tap 🗑️ to remove a user. You can't delete the account you're currently logged in as.
💡 Give each staff member their own login rather than sharing one account — it keeps order and payment history accountable to the right person.
